Mr. Banford is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law (J.D. 2005) and holds an undergraduate degree in economics from The University of Virginia (B.A. 2002).
Mr. Banford practices in the firm's business law, estate planning and commercial litigation areas. Mr. Banford has experience involving secured transactions, venture capital financing, private placements, commercial and contract issues, business formation business planning, shareholders' rights, employment matters, equity incentive plans, estate & gift taxation, trusts, software licensing and the Uniform Commercial Code.
