Dana G. Theriot earned her B.A. degree from The University of Virginia in 1996 and her J.D. degree (cum laude) from Tulane Law School in 1999.

Ms. Theriot participates in the firm's business law and commercial litigation practices. She regularly represents clients in a broad range of civil matters at the trial and appellate level before the state and federal courts of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Theriot is involved in all aspects of a client's case from counseling and investigation to hearings, depositions, motions, written briefs, trial and appeals. Ms. Theriot also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution forums.

Ms. Theriot is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland State Bar.
