NESTOR E. CRUZ earned his B.A. degree from Villanova University in 1966, his M.B.A. from The Cornell Graduate School of Management in 1969, and his J.D. degree from Cornell in 1970.
Mr. Cruz specializes in estate planning and labor relations, with a particular interest in international aspects of both areas of law.
He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and the Florida State Bar.
